Her Story

By 25, Zarina was a CEO leading a hospital organization — one of the youngest in the room, and often one of the only women who looked like her. She went on to walk away from that security to build her own ventures, and has spent two decades since as an entrepreneur, operator, and leader.
But the résumé is only half the story. The other half is what it took to get here: the seasons that tested everything, the losses that could have stopped her, and the moments she chose to keep building anyway. That story — told honestly, without the filter — is the foundation of her platform.
